Privacy policy

Balcony Harvest is a static website. There is no account system, no login, and no newsletter form on the current

build.

What we store in your browser

The planting calendar saves your selected USDA zone in your browser's `localStorage` under the key `bh-zone`. That

value never leaves your device and is not sent to us. Clearing site data removes it.

What we do not collect

• No names, emails, or addresses.
• No account data.
• No precise location data. The calendar asks for a zone number that you choose yourself.

Third parties

• Affiliate links. Clicking an Amazon affiliate link takes you to Amazon, which sets its own cookies under its own privacy policy. See our affiliate disclosure.
• Hosting. The site is served by a static hosting provider, which may log IP addresses and request paths as part of normal server operation.
• Analytics. If privacy-friendly analytics are enabled in future, this page will name the provider before it goes live.

Your choices

• Use a browser setting or extension to block third-party cookies if you prefer not to be tracked by retailers.
• Do not enter personal information anywhere on this site — there is no field that asks for it.

Changes to this policy

This page will be updated before the site starts collecting anything it does not collect today — for example if

analytics or a newsletter are added.
